Program Manager - Defense Health Agency
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary interface between Pivot Path and ASBP Government leadership.
Organize, direct, manage, and review technical and operational deliverables across multiple complex and interrelated project tasks.
Develop, review, and oversee task plans, schedules, and deliverable milestones.
Facilitate and maintain communication across senior-level client leadership and internal team members.
Coordinate meetings with Government and contractor personnel to formulate, review, and refine task execution strategies.
Provide strategic guidance in the development of mission and vision statements and associated performance goals.
Lead development of operational plans with clearly defined, measurable outcomes.
Support capital outlay planning and assist in prioritizing initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
Ensure quality control and compliance with contractual requirements.
Mentor and guide assigned personnel to ensure effective execution and continuous performance improvement.
Minimum Qualifications (Key Personnel Requirement)
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
ORIf no bachelor’s degree, minimum three (3) years of relevant experience.
Experience
- Minimum three (3) years of program management experience.
- Experience supporting DoD military and/or civilian customers.
- Experience supporting medical, healthcare, or blood program operations within DoD.
