Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for use in print, digital, and web-based outreach materials.
Collaborate with communications and outreach teams to develop visual content that aligns with program goals and resonates with targeted audiences.
Translate complex messages into clear, engaging visuals that promote awareness and participation in the Ticket to Work program.
Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets while adhering to agency style guides and approval processes.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective visual communications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and user-centered design.
Familiarity with branding, accessibility requirements, and digital media formats.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing for federal or public sector programs.
Knowledge of Section 508 compliance in visual design.
Animation or video editing capabilities are a plus.
