Program/Task Manager - DHA
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead program execution to meet or exceed project goals and deliverables in alignment with DHA objectives. Ensure programs are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact between DHA leadership and the program team. Facilitate regular communication, status updates, and program reviews with key stakeholders.
- Team Management: Manage a diverse team of cybersecurity professionals, analysts, and technical staff. Ensure team performance aligns with project requirements and client expectations.
- 5-10 years as an active Task Manager leading/managing a team of 25 FTEs and complexity.
- Responsible for/provide assistance with hiring/interviewing candidates with appropriate skills, upkeep of skillset for supporting legacy products, modernization efforts, and other tasks to meet the Organization's Mission, Vision, and Strategic goals.
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail.
